Shaved Sprouts with Chestnuts

Recipe:

SHAVED SPROUTS WITH CHESTNUTS
Serves 2 as a side

INGREDIENTS

- 300g Brussels sprouts
- 1 bag pre-cooked chestnuts
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp water

METHOD

1. Thinly slice your sprouts with a knife or in a food processor.

2. Add the sprouts, oil, salt and pepper to a pan over a high heat and sautée for 5 minutes.

3. Roughly chop your chestnuts, then add them to the pan with 2 tbsp water. Sauté for a further 3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
