Kimchi slaw
Brown rice

Sweet gochujang dressing

Made from pulled jackfruit to create a ‘meaty’ texture, we then coat it in our homemade all natural BBQ sauce, with soy sauce, ginger and garlic added for a Korean-inspired twist.

Brown rice is our go-to grain. It’s great for slow-release energy, keeps you full for longer and it’s delicious. Brown rice is also a good source of fibre and magnesium; an essential mineral for energy production.

Pickled cabbage add a delightful sourness to our Korean Salad Bowl, with the added benefit of being probiotic-rich. We create our pickled cabbage in-house to keep it natural, soaking it overnight in apple cider vinegar.

Edamame and fresh peas add a fresh burst of flavour to the bowl, and are such a great source of plant-based protein.

Combining both spice and sweetness and with the distinct taste of gochujang, a drizzle of our sweet gochujang dressing spices things up and brings everything together

Our carrot kimchi slaw is great for your gut health and packed with flavour thanks to the pickling process and addition of ginger and chilli flakes.
