Maple Roasted Sprouts

Recipe:

MAPLE ROASTED SPROUTS WITH CRANBERRIES
Serves 4-6 as a side

INGREDIENTS

- 300g sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- A handful dried cranberries
- A handful of spinach

METHOD

1. Preheat your oven to 180C and line a baking tray with parchment paper

2. Cut the hard bottoms off your sprouts, then cut them in half.

3. Add them to a bowl with the oil, maple syrup and salt. Toss to coat the sprouts then add them to the baking tray, spreading them out as much as possible to give them room to roast. Roast for 30 minutes.

4. Remove the sprouts from the oven, and mix the cranberries and spinach through. Serve whilst warm.
